Those folks are not going hungry.
I wonder how much sicker it can get...
Bubba, what are YOU saving up for? Famine?
EC
I didn’t realize that golf was an exclusive pastime of the super wealthy. The garage mechanic and the bartender in my foursome will be very surprised to hear this.
I live near an Air Force Base that is marginally still Air Force, but is more of a commercial hub for private jets now.
I love being in the flight path. Always have, seeing them go over a few hundred feet above me, I use the excellent FlightRadar24 application which tracks them and gives information, and as I lay in my hammock, I can view them through binoculars.
They want to expand the civilian facilities at the base, but the Lefties in the surrounding high-income towns put signs out: “Stop Private Aviation Expansion at Hanscom or Anywhere”
I might have less of a problem with people who might not like the sound of jets going over (which is a sound of prosperity and freedom to me) but I have no patience at all for the people who are into the “or Anywhere” at the end of the statement on the lawn signs.
Those people are climate alarmists, and I don’t give them any creedence, credit, or respect.
This is how to handle those idiots

private jets, yachts and giant energy sucking mansions should be the first targets.
Hey, “sacrifices must be made”.....”for the kids” to “save da Erf” right globalists?
OK. Fine. You first. Not only do you advocate it, but you have a larger carbon footprint than anyone. Dramatically reduce your own standard of living first. Think of it like this.....we’re bringing you to virtue! I’m sure we can count on your enthusiastic support!
Then he lectures us on driving an ICE car to work.
Plus, when he takes any one of his yachts out for a cruise, he always has a backup yacht following.
Yeah, some hypocrisy going on there.
That’s just being prudent. Who doesn’t do that?
Commies. They would gladly accept a yacht themselves but don’t want anyone else to have one.
As long as they pick on rich liberals.
"Splashing famous pieces of artwork" isn't radical.
Arson is.
If this is politics or "social action," I guess the electric chair is, too. (Do they make solar-powered ones?)
Commies. They will enslave your children and force them to work, in order to buy themselves yachts.
It's easy to show that many billionaire investors actually have a net negative carbon footprint. That's because a free market is naturally super energy efficient. Money is just an abstract representation of energy. The biggest profits go to those that, in effect, figure out how to use the least amount of energy, typically by wisely investing in new automation technologies.
When I was a college student I couldn’t afford to travel anywhere for a vacation trip so I just played a lot of golf instead.
If that doesn't work, try one of these -
In two days.
If you mess with the jets and yachts of one of the Elites, you will find yourself in Prison.
The way to solve the climate problem is to eliminate climate activists
