I believe entropy12 has said he is Indian, and his attitude is evidence of the caste system, truly believing he’s above all others in every way.
I’ve had a couple of run-ins with high-caste Indian people during my career, and had to explain “how it works” in America. They try to import that caste crap (can’t help it; it’s ingrained). They especially don’t like to be laughed at by a lowly secretary who happens to have the authority to control who sees whom, and when. LOL!
