So let me get this straight. Donald Trump asserting there was fraud in the 2020 election is “rebellion”. However “the Resistance” movement that simply did not like the results of the 2016 election is not?
There was no vote and even if the majority did vote to convict, that wouldn’t cut it.

After the shots of lawfare, the 14th Amendment could be used by any blue state governor and legislature to get Trump off the election ballot. One my one until he’d be like the Green Party or the many smaller ones in certain states.

They disgust me. They are unfit for office, not Trump.
This is why they spouted insurrection over and over when they knew it wasn’t. This was the plan. Was any of them dumb enough to leave a paper trail.
