Chocolate Fix:

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Sugar
Pinch of Salt
5-7 Cups Water (to taste)
1 TBLSP Vanilla Extract

Combine first 4 in heavy Saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly heat till almost boiling. Add water, remove from heat and stir in Vanilla.

Hot Chocolate or add Ice and drink cold. If You want to have Pudding mix 1/4 Cup Cornstarch (or other thickener of choice) mixed in cold water or milk. Can also add 1 or 2 eggs for additional thickening. (Temper eggs to avoid scrambling them.) Bring to boil for a minute or two, remove from heat and cool or eat warm.

I am in Northern Polk County. A tornado warning was just issued. A tornado was spotted west of Sebring which would put it heading in my direction. Lots of rain when the bands pass across. Wind is not too bad with sustained only about 20 mph and gusts to maybe 40 mph. There are lots of ducks and water birds flying over the lake and the purple martins are flying around by the edge of the water like they are playing in the wind. Prayers up for people in the Florida Panhandle.
