He’s not just defying the immigration laws.
He’s engaging in Treason because he’s staging an Invasion.
A reasonable jury could conclude that his cheap stunts of issuing “documents to the undocumented” who may be classifiable as Enemy Combatants is in fact Treason.
Let him stand trial. His contempt for American immigration law on such a breathtaking scale is in fact Treason with a capitol T.
