Mike Lindell has unveiled his new plan to ensure future election security: a drone that flies around polling places to assure that machines are not just connected to the internet but maintain real-time accuracy.

"What if I told you that there's a device that's been made for the first time in history that could tell you that that machine was online?...Well, this is what we've been working on for over a year," Lindell said today. "This is a demo, everybody. We have it."
A drone that Lindell estimated can detect internet access within 100 yards is connected to a device known as the Wireless Monitoring Device, described as "a sophisticated network connection monitoring system designed specifically with election security in mind."
Lindell said that all such information would be "securely archived for later analysis," adding that "we now can catch 'em in a lie." He neglected to divulge which state the command center is located, adding that the device has already been utilized in local elections in states including Mississippi and Kentucky.

Agreed. I would think monitoring wireless devices at a polling place would also be able to track the voters’ phones.
I’m surprised he wasn’t indicted.
For starters, many cities and states have laws restricting where drones can be operated.
A tin ear for sarcasm is a terrible affliction.
Perhaps Lindell has some ointment he can provide for that.

Oh dude !
I’m really sorry to hear that,
but ya, write mike and ask him.
I’m sure he would be glad to help you ask Jesus for healing.
/-)
Let us know if you would like prayer for that.
no one of any consequence in the uniparty, there’s plenty of people who care
Boogieman ,, appropriate name for a fear mongerer.
” very strict federal laws”
Im sure your cubicle will claim that
, like the rest of the jack the ripper smith, 1/6 sideshow and what’s that silly ditch that gave the grand juries verdict before they even voted , what’s her name did.
It’s kind of your cubicles M.O., S.O.P. to claim legal activity , like free speech , is a felony.
I’m an advocate of photo ID’s, signature verification and paper ballots, counted at the precinct by citizens and observed by citizens representing all political parties on the ballot. Absentee ballots are allowed when a voter is medically unable to vote or will be away from their residence on business or for military/government service. All ballots must have a comprehensive chain of custody. There should be an audit after every election which includes a hand recount and verification of voter rolls. There’s a lot that goes into all of that and it requires effort, not gimmicks. If people want to use technology, then stream on the internet the counting of every ballot when it is counted. This allows all citizens to observe the counting process and adds credibility to the counting process. But all of that means nothing if the voter registration process isn’t secure and voter rolls are continually updated based on life events like death and change of residence. That’s the thousand foot view of fair elections and there are tons of details omitted for brevity here.
I don’t trust people. I don’t trust government. I don’t trust machines. That trust is gained by constant checks at every step in the voter registration and voting process. Trust is reinforced by audits so that these processes can be iteratively improved and any fraud can be detected. Furthermore any detected fraud must be prosecuted. Penalties for voter fraud should be severe - a felony carrying a 10 year sentence in state prison with no parole for each count. Not the misdemeanor charges that currently exist.
No I’m waiting on my free gift from Lindell I’ve been dying to read his book
/\
Well , I hope that doesn’t get you in Dutch with the rest of your cubicle...
...did you bring them doughnuts too, or are you a stiff ?
That’s not the big issue, because wi fi devices are basically sending that info out into the public airwaves. It’s no more illegal to “detect” a device than it is to tune into a radio station.
It’s his statements about making sure the devices are working accurately that seems troubling. There’s no way to do that just by detecting a signal. So it implies his device might doing more than just detecting.
LOL, go take your meds.
For starters, many cities and states have laws restricting where drones can be operated.

Hmm.
You must be a urinalist.
Urinalists never get the story or facts straight. Try reading the posts again.
But we all know you don’t.
Looks like the cubicle called all hands on deck.
Wonder if they will pull more in from the other shifts for some overtime pay.
They do pay you guys right ?
Or are ya all just progressive Map fanatics ?
.nevermind don’t bother to answer cuz I don’t realy care one way or the other.
It’s sad reading all these nasty comments from whiny cowards who have done absolutely nothing to fight the election corruption which is destroying our republic. They are attacking the only man who is actually trying to expose and stop it. As President Abraham Lincoln said to General Ulysses Grant’s detractors, “I can not spare this man - he fights.”
LOL, go take your meds.

When you got nothing,, you still got slander eh ?
/-)
Typical of your cubicle.
“you still got slander eh ?”
LOL, you’re not really in a position to talk, dipstick.

. wassa matter ?
Need me to send some butt-hurt ointment to take the sting out ?
...you seem a little sensitive.
Not a good thing for a guy in your line of agitating and narrative control.
I watched some yesterday, when there were interesting analysts and polished MC’s, but I stopped watching during the reveal because Lindell is such an annoying speaker, and it was hard to determine what I could actually do. I did watch the report on my state (Florida) yesterday and learned about a couple of voter integrity groups here that I could contact. I’m hoping some good comes of it.
Is Lindell trying to make people who question the legitimacy of our elections look crazy?
Imagine the pictures of Trump supporters outside polling places holding these things.
I doubt it will do little to make elections more secure but it's going to make Trump supporters look like nuts.
You have a point, but Never Trumpers already think Trump supporters are nuts.
It appears that he wants these devices to be deployed aboard drones, which is going to bring issues of its own.
And if all that they do is detect the presence of active wi-fi networks (including those of voters who have their phones set up as hotspots), what will that accomplish? The only way to access the data moving through them is to connect to the networks, which I rather doubt anyone using them would be able to do legally. Anyone trying to hack them would be in real trouble in short order.
Mike is far too eager to believe anyone who tells him what he wants to hear. Dennis Montgomery took him for a ride two years ago, and whoever is hyping these devices to him looks to be doing the same.
He’s a grifter. Look at his commercials. He’s wearing a big (BIG!) cross around his neck, with a big picture of Jesus in the background. I mean... c’mon......
