If you were wondering why Fox was begging Trump to show up, this should leave no doubt why. They were planning an ambush, and I’d bet Christie was being coached ti be the attack dog.
I imagine every question will get a comment in response about Trump from at least one of the participants.
MacCallum is wrong about the Trump topic. If DJT is not at the debate, his name should not be mentioned during the debate. The candidates present should address POTUS platform issues. They should not discuss a man who is not present.

As a Trump “through hell and high water” guy, the current collection of GOP dwarf candidates makes me extremely happy.
I won’t be watching their pygmy debates, but the Orange Elephant will be and he’ll have a big smirk on his face.
