Things in Hawaii have been both dirty and treasonous since the 1940s. Frank Marshal Davis, Harry Bridges, Rorhbaugh (bad spelling of name), Abercrombie, Ewart Guinier who became the first chairman of Harvard’s Black Studies Department and his wife, Sen. or Rep. Shatz, Sen. nutcase Hironi, etc.
Well, it’s not like we didn’t just take the place at the point of a gun anyway. I lived out there in that direction. Hawaii was a bit of a wild Pacific even then.
