Just my two cents (or two dollars for inflation) My gut feeling is that the real hidden reason behind why the manifesto has not been released is because there is some dirty laundry mentioned in the manifesto that Covenant Presbyterian Church/School doesn't want others to see. Or the opposite the Democrats don't want you to see it because their is dirty laundry in it that they don't want you to see it.
And both sides have a lot of money to make sure the manifesto is not released and/or if it is released there will be hell to pay for both sides if it is released.
