I know this is technical for most people, but this case is not required to be removed to Federal Court.

However, a defendant who was a Federal employee can file a motion for removal to Federal Court and it must be removed.

It makes no difference if none of the alleged crimes are violations of Federal law.

The applicable law was enacted for situations exactly like this case.

I had not heard this. Is it your opinion that it will be moved to a Federal Court?

I would hope almost all of the defendents try to do this. Not sure if lawyers representing Trump, like Eastman, could file to move(???).

Not only that, but since Willis is alleging a criminal enterprise and racketeering, if you move one defendent to Federal court, you might have to move all the defendants. When that happens, expect Willis to cry “racism!”
