Trump vows to release ‘irrefutable’ report exonerating him in Georgia election-tampering case

WASHINGTON — Donald Trump claimed Tuesday he will share an “irrefutable” report next week proving there was 2020 presidential election fraud after being indicted for allegedly tampering with the race’s results in Georgia.

The former president announced on Truth Social that he will present the “CONCLUSIVE Report” to the media at a press event Monday in Bedminster, NJ, where his Trump National Golf Club just hosted a Saudi-backed LIV golf tournament over the weekend.

“A Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT on the Presidential Election Fraud which took place in Georgia is almost complete & will be presented by me at a major News Conference at 11:00 A.M. on Monday of next week,” the current leading 2024 GOP presidential contender wrote.

Trump, 77, was indicted Monday on 13 counts by a Georgia grand jury for allegedly violating the law while trying to remain in power despite losing the election to former Vice President Joe Biden.

The raps against him include violating Georgia’s anti-racketeering law, conspiracy, false statements, and asking a public official to violate their oath of office.

IMHO it's wise for Trump to play it like this for two reasons:

1) If he has the irrefutable evidence it may lead to some state cracking down on fraud in the future. Even if it's evidence that was never heard in court (because of standing or whatever) and even if it's old stuff us FReepers know and Trump will hopefully make it public knowledge for the first time it still may result in some states cracking down on future fraud. So why not play it like this?

2) If he doesn't have the irrefutable evidence, it's still in his best interest to play up like he thinks he does. Recall that one of the charges against him says that Trump said the vote was fraudulent knowing that wasn't true. Now us and the left can get into the leftist politicians lying all the time and not going to jail over it. But the fact of the matter is that the charges against Trump, not the others, so Trump has to win his day in court. And those charges are based in part on him thinking he lost the election but said he didn't. So the best way he can show that he thought at the time he won the election is to say over and over that he still thinks he won the election.

A win would be a nice change.

A nice change?! ... The way the Democrat/Communists consistently out-maneuver and out-think the GOP it'd be a feckin' miracle!

Then again, Trump doesn't play by the GOP's self-imposed destructive rules ...

You have to carefully plan, organize, and strategically execute, if you want change. It takes discipline, and sometimes, patience.

We’re not disciplined right now, it’s all rage and anarchy. Only if violent resolution is the goal, is that very helpful.

There was a lot of stuff that never made it into the Courts because apparently, and literally, no one had STANDING.

Every bit of crap that has been dug up on the Democratic fraud machine is now admissible in Court.

Or, at least, it should be. Keep an eye on the judge. Betting they won’t let Trump actually defend himself with anything that might exonerate him.

Patrick Henry and Thomas Jefferson used muskets and cannons spewing hot lead.

Seemed to work pretty good.

Trump: Your Honor... Here’s a sh*t ton of evidence proving that not only am I innocent as charged, but now it’s all on the record in Court.

Lefty Judge: Yeah... No. F*ck all that. My DNC controllers told me to pillory you... but I’m thinking a gibbet might be better.

>> 63 lost 2020 election lawsuits and now Trump has irrefutable evidence?

Not “lost” because not litigated. Ignored, unheard, dropped for lack of standing, dismissed by crooked or timid judges, etc.

The irrefutable evidence (aka “truth”) is there. And now it can be brought to trial by President Trump himself. Can you say “indictments will backfire, big time”? There! I thought you could! 😄

Good one ...forgot about those - the absolute low-point for taking Trump seriously.

If there was sufficient evidence we would have seen it by now.

indictments will backfire, big time
whew, my brother(or sister). Wracking up 70+ felony charges to drop something a man of his popularity can get done with a few well placed phone calls is... well lets just call it 'a bold strategy'. As always, time will tell.

Trump just pinned this on his Truth account

Watch and listen to the gentleman at the link. He gets it. Then share the link.

Pretty sure that regardless of public opinion, any of the four courts currently prosecuting Trump matter. National opinion won’t be too relevant to an Atlanta jury.

If Trump has had it for all this time, it means the Military and their Commander in Chief had it on election day 2020 and everyday since..

There have been other elections since then too.
Even in places like GA.

Maybe the phrase I caught the swamp wasn’t just looking back , but forward too..

And caught lots of swamp, 50 states worth..
Before,during and after election 2020.

That wouldn’t have been a plan started by Trump.
That would be a long game plan before Trump..

“Don’t expect any help from Kemp. He has a lot to run away from. Remember he was secretary of Georgia State during the 2020 election”.
__________________________________________________

Kemp was Governor of Georgia during the 2020 election (not SOS). That being said, you are correct in saying Kemp will not help Trump. Trump primaried Kemp in 2022, and Kemp defeated Trump’s candidate by a wide margin.

Does anyone really believe that the Media-Dem Party is confident that any of their cases will result in a conviction that will withstand Supreme Court scrutiny? I don’t think they are confident at all, that’s why they have resorted to 4 indictments, and I wouldn’t be surprised if there aren’t at least 2 more before the end of the year. If they had a single case that that thought would withstand judicial review, they would go with that one case, not attempt a shotgun approach.

All it will take is one honest juror in each of these juries to hang them. Sure, they could recharge and try it all over again, but by then the election will have been held and Trump could very well be sitting in the Oval Office. If he is, they will resort to the never-ending smear campaign that they’ve been conducting for the last 8 years.

Unfortunately, I think that the Media-Dem Party may very well resort to the last resort to settle their problem with Trump. I don’t doubt for a minute that they already have plans for that eventuality.

You go all-in on your TDS in one day, today, 10% of all your posting in 2023, for what? LOFL.

Meanwhile, your blind-prig-finds-an-acorn-once-a-year was interesting in May, not that it shows any special alacrity but you might be the first permanent TDS'r to have completely dismissed Greasy before Meatball even announced LOFL. Congrats!
