I saw a lawyer on TV think it was DiGenova, who said it’s not usually done, there are regulations that don’t allow it but that it is not a statute, so it can be done but shouldn’t be.

I have no idea, but eventually some judge is going to put his/her foot down about this.
I have a feeling that this is more a shot at Kemp, because either the GA DA Chris Carr or Kemp is going to put a stop to this. It might be the GA SC that kills it, but if they do, they need to also do it with prejudice (which the probably won’t) and also recommend her for censure. It’s a complete fiasco allowing a document to leak like that WHILE a grand jury case is going on.
