The official court website of Fulton County, Georgia, published an indictment against former President Donald Trump on Monday before deleting it, a bizarre, unexplained act that at least one critic says violated Trump’s constitutional rights to due process of law.
Reuters first reported that the indictment had been filed, then had to update its report when the indictment was removed from the court website and the office of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis denied that an indictment had yet been issued.
Yet Reuters preserved the initial document, which lists 39 charges against Trump, including the “serious felony” of racketeering. All of the other 38 charges — solicitation of the violation of an oath, false statement, and conspiracy charges — are felonies.

Here we go again: another disastrous Trump indictment. It’s downright pathetic that Fulton County publicly posted the indictment on its website even before the grand jury had finished convening. Since the four prosecutions against Trump are using novel & untested legal theories,… pic.twitter.com/LOYkGcCgm5

Call for immediate dismissal of all charges.
Just curious, was this release of charges “Accidental” or “Intentional?”
Either way Trump’s rights may have been violated. Is this the “Excuse” FAT ASS FANI can use to cover her incompetency and the case can be shelved. Most anyone with a single functioning brain cell can see this is significant overreach and just plain Banana Justice.
Already breaking the rules.
I’m sure the leaker is hiding out with the White House coke head and Roe decision leaker.
Uganda has a better court sytem.
-Jack Smith.
Maybe they were supposed to delay release until the next bombshell revelation of corruption by the Biden crime family.
They forgot to get the Big Guy’s approval
The democrats have taken control of “law enforcement” and are using it for their own benefit. They plan to push forward with trials and convictions. The jurors will be contacted and told what their duty is, and what the consequences will be of not complying.
The dems are ready to give this their all. They absolutely don’t want Trump elected again, and are willing to do whatever it takes, regardless of the consequences.
Trump, on the other hand, will take his appeals all the way to the Supreme Court, where he will prevail.
Of course it does. It is based on British common law, like ours used to be. We have been chipping away at that for so many decase that the roots of American law have disappeared altogether.
Dismissal on the grounds of impairment of the integrity of the grand jury proceeding seems appropriate. Unfortunately, that most likely only results in a dismissal without prejudice and leave to resubmit.
Is there anything or anyone that can stop this leftist government tyranny currently running amuck? It’s hard to imagine how they could screw things up this bad, yet here we are.
A fair trial followed by a first class hanging.

`No, no!’ said the Queen. `Sentence first–verdict afterwards.’
`Stuff and nonsense!’ said Alice loudly. `The idea of having the sentence first!’
`Hold your tongue!’ said the Queen, turning purple.
`I won’t!’ said Alice.
`Off with her head!’ the Queen shouted at the top of her voice.
There is an interesting thread on this at Twitchy.
Including a link to the statement by Trump’s attorneys including this sentence.
“Trump attorneys: “This was not a simple administrative mistake. A proposed indictment should only be in the hands of the DA’s Office, yet it somehow made its way to the clerk’s office and was assigned a case number and a judge before the grand jury even deliberated.””
The county says it was all a fiction. So, show us the real one.
Don’t offend the “Banana”. Hotlanta whore loves to show her ass for brains. Can’t be fast enough for the whole circus to be slapped down by the Supremes.
