That is the big question. Not everyone has a cell phone. Survivors were saying cell service was dead.

Because sending a text is modern and not old. Just like electric vehicles. Who needs a reliable internal combustion engine car. Tried and true methods don’t work in the modern age.

Sirens would have been better in all seriousness. The old ways work in many cases.
