My response was to a comment that 4 in 10 viewed Mike Pence unfavorably. Which implies that up to 6 in 10 have a favorable or neutral view.
Now you are changing the discussion to say he has 4 percent in presidential polls. This then becomes an apples and oranges discussion and comparison.
