You can’t smoke on government property……you can’t smoke in PRIVATELY owned restaurants/bars.
I smoke cigars regularly and have a little trick that works almost everywhere you can find “no smoking” signs—particularly office buildings, hotels, hospitals, universities etc.
I look for a security guard, walk up to them, shake their hand and introduce myself—and ask them where they smoke.
They will show me the “secret location” well hidden from prying Karen eyes.
