There's certainly a few, as true of any demographic, that think they are God's gift when it's just unearned arrogance and they make other's lives miserable with narcissistic traits.
There are always people who shouldn't be in positions over others because they aren't good stewards and substitute bullying for management skill. If you're having to manage personalities more than you can focus on the job, it's a real problem.
