The elites may have to hold one of their show trials in Florida, but the grand jury had to be in D.C.
Judge Aileen Cannon on Monday asked the Justice Department to explain its use of an out-of-state grand jury in the Mar-a-Lago case.
While the Mar-a-Lago case is being handled out of her Fort Pierce, Fla., courtroom, much of the grand jury work ahead of the indictment was conducted through a Washington, D.C., grand jury.
A D.C. grand jury is an obvious rubber stamp for political prosecutors. A D.C. grand jury would indict a ham sandwich, as long as it was a Republican. That’s why the real show is in Washington D.C.
Going down to Florida is a bit inconvenient because it’s one of those provinces of the empire.
For many months, Justice Department prosecutors had questioned witnesses in the Florida case before a federal grand jury in Washington.
A Florida case and a D.C. grand jury. Why not just try all political cases in D.C.?
The easiest way to understand all this is to think of what’s located in Washington D.C. as the occupying force. Much like the British during the American Revolution, it’s the epicenter of the imperial regime that is out of touch with most of the country, but rules over it anyway. Colonials from the hinterlands sometimes visit and are impressed by the big grand buildings. When they come to work there as members of Congress, they’re either taught their manners by their betters until they join the elites or they wash out.
D.C. is the imperial city and they don’t like to venture too far from their base of power.

Prosecutors said in a court filing last week that they continued to use the grand jury in Washington after they initially charged Trump in June to investigate alleged instances of obstructing the investigation. The focus of the July superseding indictment was on obstruction, alleging that all defendants tried to delete security footage that the government wanted as evidence in the case.
That’s something that allegedly happened in Florida so there’s still no reason for the grand jury to be in D.C.
Trump, unlike Obama, actually left town after Biden took office. Nothing involved in the documents case was taking place in D.C.
The only reason to have a D.C. grand jury is because that’s where the elites and their power base are.
A D.C. grand jury is an obvious rubber stamp.

Now, how to defund the imperial city?
It’s not a D.C. grand jury. It’s a DNC Grand Jury. Somebody needs to go to jail and it’s not Trump.
Now, how to defund the imperial city?
~~~
You can’t.
It’s the organizational purpose of DC to take everyone’s money. They call it taxation, but since you have representatives there, it’s all perfectly legit.
Attempting to defund the imperial city is an act of war. You will be treated as such.
Actually defunding the imperial city would result in federated states. It may be what the founders wanted, but not what the emperors want.
Repeal the 16th amendment.
You have a point ...
Now if We, the People, could have representatives that still believed in decentralized power ...
Back to my milk toast and dreams of pastel fairy lands.
Smith wanted a DC “judge” to strip Trump of his attorney-client privilege, a real judge in Florida wasn’t considered a reliable rubber stamp on his request. Smith also wanted a jury made up of close to 100 percent Media-Dem Party followers, a Florida jury would have probably had several Trump voters.
“The only reason to have a DC Grand jury is because that is where the elites and their power base are”
You are likely more right than you know. In 1871 when the organic law was passed it essentially turned the 10 square miles known as Washington DC into a sovereign corporate vassal state with its own constitution. It operates under a form of Roman law known as Lex Fori. Under Lex Fori if an action is brought in another venue the controlling protocols remain in the original jurisdiction. Hence the answer to your grand jury question. And I have a sneaking suspicion that if I know this Judge Cannon knows it too.
Trump dissolved the US corporation in 2018 and Biden has been left rattling around in an abandoned city full of empty buildings as the President of a defunct corporation. We are in continuity of govt where just enough of the govt is funded to keep essentials running. Everything is slowly being revealed to the public. It had to happen this way.
On August 6th Trump put out a truth calling for the Federal takeover of Washington DC. Now Don Jr and General Flynn are encouraging people to watch the interview on Rumble with Jan Halper Hayes who sits on a DOD task force and was part of Trump’s transition team. She verifies many things that have previously only been revealed in the truther community.
All these court cases are being engineered to bring out more evidence of wrong doing to the American public. And when it appears they are ready to accept it the military is going to step in. There is not going to be another rigged election.
And DC is protected by national guard troops with no ammo in their magazines. The guard is watched over by soi-boi FBI stooges who qualify for their post by showing they can do one pushup in less than an hour. And the fat bureaucrats who infest the place can’t figure out which bathroom to use.
The entire place is a deception, playing out Alinsky’s Rule No. 1: “Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.”
Re: 9 -“who sits on a DOD task force”
No, that not what she said. She said she’s affiliated with a DOD task force. And then never says which task force.
Show me the money. All she’s done is make a claim about a DOD task force as if that gives her more credibility. She needs to name the task force. I doubt she will.
She can’t show you the money. Not yet. You just aren’t “ready” to hear it. But sometime soon, all will be revealed and we’ll be saved.
LOL! Yeah, she’s got ‘nuthin.
