Warthog Defense, as a YouTube channel, 1) posts to YouTube from the United States, 2) is monetized by YouTube, 23) was "created" on Sep 13, 2016, and 4) takes in an average of $110,586.74 per year.
I had asked you specfically, "I just looked to find a URL linked to an official statement, and been this morning unable to find it. Can you share the URL?"
So as you see, this particular YouTube channel is not an "official" channel of the Ukrainian or Russian government. It is an opinion by a "content creator" within and abiding by the criteria for Google/ YouTube.
Warthog Defense's Patreon shows it slipping significantly in donations through that company, currently to $18 a month, so its patrons through them has slipped dramatically over time, and now stands at just four.

Another source, one of several with similar services, shows it located as "content creator" in the US, and an estimated range of income is also shown. "$56.2K - $898.6K" because YouTube does not further make actual payments public. I will leave it to you to further check for yourself.

You did not reply with an "official" reference. This is my and many others' issue with the whole "news" about the Ukraine-Russia war. Lots of unofficial opinion. Little actual official information.
"According to an assessment collated by the U.S. Defence Intelligence Agency, Russia has suffered 189,500-223,000 total casualties, including 35,500-43,000 killed in action and 154,000-180,000 wounded. There's some sources. Tends to validate that two non-NATO nations are brutalizing each other. How it will end? Nobody knows. But... ..."The figures are around 10 times bigger than any public casualty figures published by either Moscow or Kyiv." There's Reuters and WaPo with URLs. Horrible thing, without a doubt.Ukraine has suffered 124,500-131,000 total casualties, including 15,500-17,500 killed in action and 109,000-113,500 wounded in action, according to the document entitled "Russia/Ukraine - Assessed Combat Sustainability and Attrition."
