Smith and his little band of Trump haters can leak anything they want to the media, which gets reported and negatively impacts the jury pool. At the same time they want to hamper Trump’s ability to defend himself in the court of public opinion.
We have a corrupt system of law in this country that favors a scumbag prosecutor like Smith.
Smith and his “creative” prosecution strategy is “playing with fire” and sometimes fires get out of control and have difficulty being extinguished.
