University admissions departments who have serially violated anti discrimination laws in admissions should be required to redact all references to names, zip codes and video presentations of applicants during the admissions process to stymie their efforts to racially discriminate
How about an application with no name and no mention of race, creed, color, gender, political affiliation, no address or state affiliation just a number.
Applicants chosen are based on merit then notified of selection.
Right. The requirement as stated is that an applicant must submit a video, but it doesn’t say that the applicant must appear in the video.
Just pick all the ones with made-up names.
Invest is companies making black paint and afro wigs.
