Paula Scanlan joined the swim team at UPenn as a way of getting over a nightmare from her past. Instead, it brought it up all over again.
The 23-year-old Connecticut native began swimming at age 8, and she credits the sport for helping her recover after surviving a sexual assault in a bathroom at age 16.
“To be honest, swimming was the only thing that kept me going,” she told The Post. But after earning her spot on the University of Pennsylvania’s swim team, Scanlan was troubled by the school’s decision to allow transgender athlete Lia Thomas to switch from the male to the female team — and from the male to female locker room.

Lia Thomas belongs in a mental hospital, not a WOMEN’s swimming team.
Paula should get $5 million from the school and encourage others to do the same.
Paula’s father is not acting like I would.
The poor woman. I can’t imagine the horror of surviving a teenage sexual assault in a bathroom in high school and then experiencing this MONSTER in your college locker room.
She and all the other women indeed deserve $5 million each for sexual assault, mental anguish and emotional distress.
File an indecent exposure complaint with the police and see what they do.

Fixed it. Tax dollars should not be wasted on freaks like Thomas.
Her father and a few other fathers should have their daughters leave the locker room some day so they can go in the locker room and make Lia the gender he wants to be.
Lia Thomas is a psychopath who belongs in prison.

Thompson is at the very least visually raping all those gals!
Merrick Garlands son in law is strong-arming all the schools to force this gender fluidity agenda. Now you know why he doesn’t want parents at school board meetings. He’s also profiting from it.
Oh, come on, women! Stand up for yourselves. If every last one of you walked off the team, they’d fix the problem pronto.
