Illegal is illegal. They have no business working in law enforcement. If they hurt an American citizen, regardless of the circumstances, they should be charged, convicted, jailed, and deported. If an American dies, they should be executed.
To pull that comment a bit farther, if an ILLEGAL immigrant is a police officer and is killed by an AMERICAN CITIZEN, has said citizen committed a crime?
Since an ILLEGAL immigrant has in effect broken into this country, similar to a common criminal breaking into your home, wouldn’t the Castle Doctrine apply???
