I used to live within a few miles of that area in Oakland.
It’s very close to the Zoo. The roads are very hilly and sloped. It’s amazing houses could even be built on such uneven, varied terrain, but there they are, jam packed near each other. This is about 2 miles south of the Oakland Collosseum, where the Raiders used to play football games.
Oakland has been run by Democrats for years. And it is falling so far into lawlessness. Its going to get worse. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Women getting robbed on the streets in broad daylight, stores getting robbed multiple times in the same day, carjackings, and now this. The city is just about to collapse.
That part looks pretty flat on google map.
Also not a bad area. But I think when you get to armed home invasions, or home invasions of any kind, time to move.
