He's saying that the only evidence he saw was: Hunter called his dad when Hunter was meeting people he was bribing, and his dad just said “hi” out of courtesy when he took the call from Hunter. Goldman is saying there was no evidence of Biden actually dealing with the other people on the call.

Goldman, the son of a very wealthy family looked shaken.
Remember, though, Archer is still under the thumb of the DOJ with regard to his sentancing hearing. By a small manipulation of the testimony, he might have inserted a loophole for Biden to sneak through. As a result he might get a week at Club Fed and 12 months of limited probabtion.
