I admit we now live in Amerika where the law has been weaponized and criminals torture and misuse statutes for political purposes. However jailing a presidential candidate for non crimes seems a reach. The left is running it’s mouth, running scared. It is more likely Jack Smith will be disbarred & jailed.
Maybe not Jack Smith, but some other prosecutor is holding a bunch of 1/6 defendants in jail going on 3 years now for non-crimes. It doesn’t appear the left is getting scared, in fact I think they are getting emboldened.
