“Anyone’s LED bulb/bulbs blinking or flashing , going crazy after a few years of use ?”
Nope.
Yep. In my kitchen. DH is a licensed electrician and has put in modern 200 amp service. Maybe quality of the bulbs are going south like everything else.
That’s very common, and I’ve had some do it in weeks or months, not years. Often the “flashers” soon fail entirely. GENERALLY the better known brand names hold up — even Wally World’s have been reasonably reliable for me. But, others don’t. Usually it’s caused by insufficient heat sinking — sometimes the solder joints to the LED elements themselves fail.
No. But I switched to all LEDs about two years ago. It’s stunning how long they last. I remember the old bulbs used to burn out much faster then these LEDs definitely.
Yup. The cheap Home Depot LED’s i bought (I think they’re called Eco-Smart) have a high failure rate, only last about two years, and about 1 in 4 flicker. I’m having better luck with GE LED’s and other slightly more expensive brands

My brand new expensive one started flashing the first day of use.
Had to replace the bulb in garage door opener because of blinking.
Yes. I just changed out LED bulbs in a yard lamp in my front lawn. We've had three of them in the lamp between 5 to 10 years, and they stay on every night. Last week I noticed one blinking, and it was driving me crazy over several nights so I changed them all out. An incandescent won't blink like that. There is an electronics board in the base of LED bulbs, and components can go bad over time.
