If you need to subsidize it, you need to question whether people value it enough in the first place.
Just two questions:
1) Scientifically, just WHAT do you “recycle?” What products.
2) Scientifically, just HOW do you recycle it?
What’s the product, and what’s the process?
(And for extra credit, what does it recycle INTO?
And people wonder why a $900 billion defence budget doesn’t seem to buy the basics, like artillery ammunition.
