As long as those are still in existence, it won't matter what kind of 'ballot harvesting' operation Republicans do -- it will be the same story as 2020. The MAGA candidate will be ahead on the night of Election 'Day' and over the following week, the cheat-by-mail-in ballots will put the Democrat in front.
