Let me ask you this simple question: do you think an ethics board made up of lesser court judges to review complaints about Supreme Court Justices has authority over the Supreme Court?

Man, you're going down a rabbit hole. Would it have helped if I said the Constitution is supreme law of the land, any thing in it notwithstanding, and the Supreme Court is one of those things in the Constitution?
You made an incorrect assertion that "The Supremacy clause says that the Supreme Court is Supreme law of the land." The Supremacy Clause says no such thing, and the Court is not the supreme law of the land. There is no way to sensibly state that a court is the supreme law of the land. Federal laws (the Constitution, statutes, treaties) are the supreme law of the land.

Congress is empowered to pass laws and regulations pursuant to the Constitution. Laws can be struck down as unconstitutional. So can regulations.
There is no way that they can fashion a constitutional regulation which makes the justices subordinate to a committee of their subordinates.
