I’ve never seen that booklet. But I’ve read what the Supreme Court has said on the matter. It’s a confusing, jumbled mess. You’d think that they could be clear about such an important matter. But, no.

I've seen that booklet and it's very clear about what a NBC is and what it is not! It was there in black & white! And it was asked to the person I know, who became an USA citizen BEFORE his child was born.

The booklet was printed by our government!

So argue with them; not me.
