“...Shouldn’t they be eager to comply?” asked the newspaper. “Instead, after the subpoena arrived, True the Vote asked to withdraw its complaint. The state board declined, given the gravity of the allegations, and now it’s telling a judge the subpoena is being flouted: ‘True the Vote continues to indifferently vacillate between statements of assured compliance and blanket refusal...’”

Wow.

I am re-reading M. Stanton Evan's excellent work "Blacklisted by History: The Untold Story of Senator Joe McCarthy and His Fight Against America's Enemies" and am reminded of the Leftists such as the scumbag Senator Scott Lucas (among others) who demanded that McCarthy "Name the names" of the people he was using anonymously (de-identified, presented as numbered cases) as examples of communists working in sensitive government positions.

Lucas was demanding this "name-the-names" for a specific reason-and the same was done to Whittaker Chambers just a few years earlier, when it was demanded of him to call out Alger Hiss in a non-courtroom environment. Both strategies were intended specifically by actively hostile entities to open both Chambers and McCarthy up to lawsuits, though they were unrelated processes not legally related in any way.

Note that for his part, McCarthy did not want to "name-the-names" because this was an investigation into whether communists in sensitive government positions was an issue that needed to be addressed (it was) not whether individuals should or shouldn't lose their jobs. McCarthy understood that was a judicial and administrative process, and while it is obvious he thought (knew) these unnamed security risks should have been fired from sensitive government jobs, he also understood that they had the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty, and had rights as American citizens. The ones calling, for political purposes, to reveal their names had no consideration for the people who might be named, but had ALL the consideration for the Democrat Party and current administration at best, or the spy network for the communists, at worst.

So I see this demand for the ten entities around Atlanta (which I presume are the NGO entities who were involved in obtaining, scrubbing, repurposing, and otherwise, illegally preparing the ballots for distribution to mules who would drop them off at drop boxes around Atlanta)

Anyone who has seen the documentary knows full well that True The Vote went to great pains to UNDERSTATE the degree of illegality, and they did this by ONLY including mules that went to five or more ballot drop boxes, and one or more NGO offices (ostensibly to pick up ballots for distribution) in that same time frame.

Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips (both of True The Vote) know full well what will happen to them should they comply. A hostile government, in conjunction with weaponized DOJ, FBI, federal and state courts, is going to make the charges all about them, silence them as a result, and bankrupt them in the process.

That we have people on this forum who fail to see, or even if they do, to acknowledge this obvious dynamic is disconcerting to say the least, and indicates the battle to free this country is going to be an even sharper uphill battle.

The defamation lawsuits against True The Vote will go straight to Democrat/Uniparty stooge "judges" in the vote-rigging areas.

Like the POS stooge-"judge" who strung Garland Favorito and his VoterGA along for months - until deciding that Favorito had "no standing"...
