Not quite yet. There are restrictions to voting in Massachusetts and the state law still requires all registering voters to be:
A U.S. Citizen
A Massachusetts resident
At least 18 years old on or before the next election
So it really is not different from what it started out when the state passed the voter’s act in January of this year. Illegals can’t legally vote. Not legally. It depends upon if the avert eyes and don’t back check the person in front of them like they have done in other states.
And as far as I’m concerned, if the state is found to have a small percentage of illegals have been voted and counted, the state should be eliminated from the federal acceptance count until they could prove the voters they accept are legal. In theory, it should be zero percent. They they can answer to their citizens. The feds are not saying they can’t vote and the state can’t accept them. They feds are saying they can’t accept illegal votes for non-citizens which is the fault of the state.

Mass motorists will be STUNNED at what they have allowed to happen.
Nevada will not register a car without proof of insurance——but they will cancel the insurance the moment they get the tags in the mail. The illegals switch cars around among themselves-—so knowing who is insured & who is NOT is a NIGHTMARE.

I know for a fact, and witnessed it, in Oregon immigrants get ballots. Of course it was “unintentional.”
The Democrats loudly proclaimed that the measure would not enable illegal aliens to vote, but when Republicans submitted an amendment to make that claim a fact, to the best of my memory, every single Democrat voted against it, result: there is absolutely no impediment to an illegal alien using his license to register to vote. They have given illegal aliens the vote without saying that’s what they’ve done.
