There is a ton of editorializing in the press today. Example, “Shocking video was released”. No, just “Video was released” will suffice. Americans are shocked by very few things.

No firearm is self loading , people have to put the rounds into the magazine and put the magazine in the fire arm. The correct term is semiautomatic , that means it shoots 1 round every time the trigger is pulled.
And paramilitary isn’t ANY type of gun it is an unofficial force organized similarly to a military force.
