Well why can’t the S U P R E M E Court... be Extra Supreme and just overrule the elected legislators. I mean if the courts are going to be dictators ruling from the bench in black robes then they should just jump in with both hooves!
The Supreme Court can enforce any ruling they are able to, let them enforce it.
