I chose electrical engineering because it’s heavily white male.
I chose electrical distribution because it’s even a greater percentage of white males.
No one has a problem, and no one would ever contact HR.
I like women, but not at work.
Already had that problem once in life.

Not a lot of chip-on-the-shoulder types want to work around 765 kV lines and switchgear, huh? Here’s my shocked face.

I’m an IE. I chose this field because it’s heavily male. In college, we toured a mining gear manufacturer and thought, this is the kind of area I want to end up in. I ended up in welding manufacturing. We work out our troubles, no HR involved. I’m female.
