I take particular umbrage at that comment, Sir. Born in the capital of the Confederacy: Richmond, Virginia. Raised there and other parts of the South until college in Yankeeland. Came back after that here to North Carolina. Southerner all the way. But I still never hard the term "dookie."

Maybe if you had been born in the first capital, you would be familiar with the word, “Dookie”.
Or maybe you are simply a Young Whippersnapper and the word “Dookie” died out before your time.
