I honestly think if Russia dropped millions of paper leaflets on all cities in USA that stated “The next drop will be nukes” the neocons would be screaming all the louder how we must prove we will not stand down to Russia.

I assume that is a joke. The U.S. actually had to help them secure their weapons during the 90s since all they had were a couple of guys with machine guns who were selling anything they could get their hands on in order to feed themselves.

It is extremely well documented and the plutonium in the core are in a constant state of radioactive decay, needing to replenished every so often. I have a hard time seeing Russia keeping up with that over the last 30+ years that the USSR has been kaput.
