Should this legal effort succeed for Democrats it will become routine to prosecute Republican elected officials.
Why? The republican party is harmless and poses no threat to democrats. Just look at the republican House. On all key issues Biden is ruling unopposed.
Remember that Republican elected officials have cooperated with the DA. RINOs some may call them. (And I think President Trump called them just that.)
