First, does Trump really think this is the nature of Trump supporters, past and present, to riot and cause mayhem, violence, and destruction, to undertake an insurrection if he were jailed? Second, is that what he's calling for? And, third, does he think such threats will stop prosecution and persectuion?
Talk like this from Trump is dangerous, it feeds the narrative.

I was an early Trump supporter, a strong Trump supporter up to recent weeks. Sorry, everyone I know are law abiding citizens, not remotely prone to or likely to riot on behalf of Trump. The many Trump events I attended were peaceful, polite, and the venues left clean of trash when over. We’re not Democrats.
