That I do not know, Gene, but even if it was, would that stop Garland from pursuing bogus charges against his political opponents?

No idea.

But folks need to come to the realization that nothing is going to happen to this family, at least from the Feds. So, they might as well put it all out there and try in the court of public opinion. Maybe a state AG or county DA will pick up on something.

Yes. I not sure what, if anything they can be arrested for if they do it on the floor of the senate.
