Those empowered, under the 25th and its enabling legislation, to call for pulling Biden's plug,, deserve to be held responsible for having that great power, even if the law doesn't formalize their responsibility. They have a moral and a civic duty to apply their power and I'd argue that their oaths of office require they act. I don't recall the full list of those positions so empowered, but presume it starts with VP Harris. GOP ought to be naming names and calling them on this:

Ideally literally calling them, to testify under oath on this. With the stated agenda that if it subsequently becomes unavoidably evident Biden was NOT competent, and that they should have known enough to at least raise the question by then, that they should be charged with perjury for their denials, and be liable as conspirators for whatever consequences result from leaving him in place. The 25th and its enabling legislation DOES provide due process for the President. The drafters of the 25th were concerned by the precedents of Mrs. Wilson acting in the name her completely incapacitated husband and of the serious decline in FDR towards the end of his presidency, with Truman kept out of the loop. Their intent should favor a low threshold for raising the question rather than allowing another Weekend at Woodrow's to occur.
