Not exactly false data. If you pay attention to what CNBC means by the standards they cite. As I just noted, “life, health and inclusion” means “gay orgies, abortion, and unauthorized gender denial.”
All of these sorts of descriptions of states, depend on the criteria they are using.
They talk of LGBT and such issues. Some of those issues are not important to many people. Some people might actually want to move away from places which are more liberal on LGBT. Some people might be happy to move to a place with restricted abortion laws. While the liberal view is that Georgia’s voter law is “Jim Crow”, or as Joe Biden said “Jim Eagle”, most reasonable people know it is not Jim Crow, and such a law won’t dissuade them from moving to such a state.
The way they evaluate what they say are the important criteria, run counter to the criteria many of us would have, in deciding whether to move to another state.
