This case won't be heard in front of a Florida jury

No Republican stands a chance in front of a DC jury, nor will they convict any Democrat. It is the most nakedly corrupt insurance policy the Democrats have

We’re at the point where the Dems have weaponized the entire DC “justice” system. We need a Constitutional amendment where no case can be heard there when the defendant isn’t a permanent resident of the district — hear it in their own home site instead.

Good luck getting that done, though.

You just made the case for a national divorce, but it won't happen. After all, the NFL season is approaching.

My guess is that this case will be heard in WA DC, maybe by a judge like the Bush appointed judge that should have been disbarred for the J6 case that he heard earlier.
