We don’t have ‘plant’ trees. Just stop mowing your yard and see what’s growing there in 10 years.
And stop spraying for “weeds”...the property we live on now sprouts all sorts of trees in the understory since we moved here...previous owners (my in-laws) would spray for “weeds” everywhere.
