This is a great Republican talking point when courting voters who paid off their loans or who never went to college. I hope Repubicans will have the backbone to own it.

But I fear many will apologize, or distance themselves, or make vague promises to "reach across the aisles" and seek a compromise in the future.

Personally, I think it's a great way to reach out to the Hispanics.

The days of reaching across the aisles are over. Or should be, I’m talking to you Linda Gramnesty and the foolish constituency that keeps re-electing him/her. The only time we should see a conservative reach across the aisle with one hand, in the other hand should be one of these!!!
