The second argument, that the special grand jury is unfair and therefore any subsequent indictment should be dismissed and the evidence should be suppressed in a subsequent trial, was also rejected by the Supreme Court. The Court then went onto explain in very simple terms what a grand jury is, how it differs from a trial jury and how it relates to the Constitution.
So this embarrassing 0-8 result is the fault Trump not hiring good attorneys? What’s it mean for the upcoming charges and trial? Can he eventually appeal for incompetent representation?
The kurfluffle, I think, is more about simply timing all these “Shock and Awe” LawFare suits and for constructing a manageable defense effort for Trump.
I expect one day the entire LawFare crowd, together with their flashy anti-Trump criminal charges, will all together hit a Wall.

Trump's lawyers simply filed directly to the GA Supreme Court. They perhaps don't trust the GA lower court.
The GA Supreme Court, simply said, start with the lower court.
