You say, “Thanks for trying educate some posters regarding court jurisdiction and civil procedure. I doubt it will register with those who are simply unable to process the info.”
I say, if the court jurisdiction was in error, or if civil procedure was in error, why didn’t the judges refuse to hear the argument in the first place?

Part of the "Court Game" is to maneuver the case or issue into a desired time period.

Simply refusing to hear the case may have upset the planned schedule which was hammered out in a back room somewhere.
