There are no good guys in the war. The Russians are insecure and the Ukrainians are corrupt.

The problem is that we should never have been running Ukraine as our client state. We had no business inserting ourselves into that country. It was done as a provocation and it was mutually corrupt.

If Ukraine wants to fight its own people, let them. The ties between Ukraine and Russia are there by history and proximity and it is theirs to work out.

A peace deal was in the works early on and we stopped it. How awful and selfish an act that was.
