They keeps electing them! Term limits for the House! And for the Senate Repeal the 17th Amendment! State legislatures can’t do worse!

I would say 10 (2) year maximum term for folks in the house and say 3 or 4 (6) year terms as a senator.

We should have a test for competency of our POTUS.

Competency test for the Presidency?
How would you require it? How often would they have to take it? A ‘stupid statement’ threshold? Politicians usually say a normal person’s lifetime amount after their first month in office! How would you implement the test? Who would implement it? Who would judge the results?
